Back home

At last I am back after a week in Amsterdam. In spite of all the work (www.ecoports.com/nomeports) I succeeded in running 4 times on the tapis roulant: 33'00", 63'00", 63'oo" and 52'00". The time on the tapis roulant never passes and it was very very boring. However I didn't lost all the training that I stored. Here are some pictures that I took in the week end before the meeting.

  2. Hi Stefano,

Thanks for visiting my blog, and since I have no intention of pissing off the black knight, I thought I'd pay a visit to yours as well. :)

I was in Amsterdam a year ago July. Beautiful place! Never been to Italy though. It's on my "to-do" list.

Oh, my marathon will be PF Chang's RNR Marathon in Pheonix, Arizona, USA on Jan. 15th.

  5. Ciao Stefano,
Thanks for visiting my blog. Mi manca Italia molto!!! I lived in Italy for 1.5 yrs in the late 80's. I started out in Firenze, then Napoli, Pisa and lastly Ladispoli.
    Buon Natale,

  6. Wonderful Amsterdam pics! I was there once in 1989, on holiday when I had a job in Paris for 10 months.

I can't believe I haven't been back to Europe in all this time
    :-(

I'm doing the Walt Disney World Goofy Challenge in January: the Half Marathon on Jan 7, then the FULL Marathon on Jan 8. Yup, GOOFY.
