Queen

Hectic period for the Black Knight: many riots to put down, new lands to conquer and victories to celebrate.
As the Black Knight will remove the prosthetis inside his left leg on oct. 31st, the Queen came to Rome to celebrate the event. In a very crowded Palalottomatica they dedicated the unforgettable concert to the invincible Black Knight Army. Here are two pictures that I took during the wonderful performance.
After the celebrations I had to go to Bruxelles to bring peace and justice. After one and half day the city surrendered. Two pictures of the city:
The last but not least: on Sunday the italian black legion will enter the Montalto 10 k. This will be my first real race on a “normal” distance because at the moment I am trained to run 12/13 km (7,45/8,1 ml) at 6’/km (9’39”/ml). I cannot wait for running again on my legs without all that iron inside!

  6. You have been gone for a long time Oh Great Black Knight. That kid on the last picture has been pissing all over our american economy. You might have to come here in your mighty horse...but take all that iron out of our leg first.
Best wishes to a quick recovery!

  10. Wow, seems I've missed a lot. I see you've been an "ironman" of a different sort. Hope all goes well with your upcoming race.

I won't promise, but I will try not to be such a stranger.

  12. Hello, Stephano! Queen came to Minneapolis a few years ago and gave a great concert there. Best of luck with your surgery at the end of the month. Let us know how you're doing. I imagine you won't be running for a while after the surgery. Be strong, Black Knight.

  16. Excellent disinformation campaign to fool the enemies, not knowing whether you will make a quick short march upon them or draw off for a long time for rest & recuperation. Very good fog of war you create. Meanwhile here in the bountiful and vast outlands the news is good, a good leader who thinks ahead and is honorable is on the ascent and is likely to prevail. Then once again the good armies will march forth from here in just and honorable ways only when necessary, like in the times of my father (Peleliu & Okinawa) and his father (destroyer duty in the North Atlantic). To victory!
