2014: a year of sh....

I beg your pardon for my long absence from blogging and reading your posts, but I am badly injured again.
On January 12, after a fall, I wrote: "Will 2014 be a good year for me"? Now I know the answer: 2014 is a year of .....
At the end of february - indeed a very good month until that moment, full of great workouts (running and swimming) - I felt on a downhill and I broke my collar bone. I remained on the road unable to stand up; a kind driver took me up his car where I sat down until the arrival of the ambulance. After the x-ray and an accurate medical check at the emergency room, I came back home with an orthopedic "corset" that I must wear for all the month of march (if I am "lucky").

Spring is on the corner, are you enjoying this season with great workouts and races?

  15. Ti ho visto decisamente meglio domenica scorsa. Tu hai il tempo di recuperare fino a Maggio. le gare da 5 km primaverili ci attendono!
Rimaniamo d'accordo per venerdì con Stella.
    Saluti.
